More than a simple circulation
They should be free from frost or remain pumpable or must be sterilized or sanitized. The methods for heating liquids are as numerous, ranging from a tank system via the flow method where only the currently needed volume is heated to mobile or stationary systems. Basically, there are three methods for heating liquids: Firstly, direct heating by flange heaters, screw-in heaters or flow-type heaters, secondly, heating by a heating medium, i.e. by heat exchangers, and thirdly, direct heating, i.e. a combination of the first and second one.
In addition, the control equipment must also be proper and safety must be ensured, e.g. by explosion-proof plants.

More than hot air
Gas heaters are mainly distinguished by the fact whether the gas is under a (noticeable) overpressure or more or less without any pressure.
In case of excess pressure (and a vacuum as well), electrical flow-type heaters under approximate atmospheric pressure are used: channel-type air heaters. We have designed heatsystems channel-type air heaters especially for a direct heating of gaseous fluids. They are used for heating incombustible, gaseous fluids and vapours. Special applications are ventilation and air-conditioning systems as well drying systems and process engineering. For higher pressures, electrical flow-type heaters are used. Sometimes, the cable industry requires special flow-type heating channels for tempering PTFE insulations.
The genetic technology safety regulations (GenTSV) explicitly require a safe inactivation of contaminated waste-air from fermenters and autoclaves. The thermal treatment for an inactivation of biological contamination is a largely accepted process. Among others, we developed a thermal incinerator for this special application.
It is really true that we turn on hot wires only. But then our special knowledge comes into play. And our engineering ingenuity.
More than hot surfaces
Often, machines, machine elements, tools, moulds and cylinders must be heated so that process chains can be run properly.
The proper heating mainly depends on two factors: Heating from the inside or outside? Which energy density is required? Depending on the requirements, heater bands, oval tube heaters, coil heaters, panel radiators, heating cartridges or tubular heaters made of micanite, brass, stainless steel, silicone or ceramics are used.
Depending on the power density, the spatial requirements or surface quality require hundreds of different designs most of which we have in stock as a standard. Of course, with standard connections. And the appropriate control equipment.
